Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use our website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.

What we're aiming for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That includes:

• text alternatives for meaningful images;
• headings and labels that make sense when read out;
• forms that can be completed with a keyboard;
• text that can be enlarged without breaking the page;
• enough contrast between text and background.

Known limitations

We're still testing and improving the site. Parts we know may be harder to use include:

• interactive maps on property and area pages;
• the before-and-after image slider on our design page;
• some image galleries, which may not describe every photo in detail.

If any of these cause you a problem, contact us and we'll give you the information another way.
