These terms apply when you use the South West Shared website. By using the site you accept them. South West Shared is a trading name of Owna Group Interiors Limited, registered in England (company no. 14981458), trading from Pavilion Club, 81–83 Fulham High St, London SW6 3JW.

These are terms for using our website only. If you instruct us to let or manage a property, or you rent a property through us, separate terms of business or tenancy agreements will apply.

Property information

We work hard to keep property details, prices, availability and photos accurate, but they're provided for guidance and can change without notice. They don't form part of any offer or contract. Please check anything important with us before relying on it.

Prices may be shown per week or per month. Short and corporate lets have a minimum stay of one month and are charged weekly unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Our fees

Our fees are published on our lettings fees page, shown both excluding and including VAT. The fees that apply to you will be confirmed in writing before you instruct us.

Using the site

• Don't use the site for anything unlawful, or to send spam or harmful material.
• Don't try to get unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it.
• Don't copy or reuse our content, photos or branding without our written permission.

Our content

The text, photos, designs and logos on this site belong to us, other Yo&Co Group brands or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal use.

Links to other websites

We link to other websites, including our sister brands and industry bodies. We're not responsible for the content or privacy practices of websites we don't run.

Our liability

We don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
