What we use today

We don't currently use advertising or analytics cookies. The website uses only what it needs to work and stay secure:

• Website hosting (Webflow): our site is hosted on Webflow, which may set strictly necessary cookies to deliver pages and process forms securely.
• Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile): our enquiry forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is submitting them. It may set a strictly necessary cookie or read basic technical information from your browser.
• Maps (OpenFreeMap): property and area maps load map images from OpenFreeMap. This shares your IP address with the map provider so the images can be sent to your browser.

Strictly necessary cookies don't need your consent because the site can't work properly without them.

If we add analytics in future

If we start using analytics or marketing cookies, we'll ask for your consent first through a cookie banner, list them here, and let you change your choice at any time.

Managing cookies
